NHC Foxhunting Clinic - 08/17/2024

The Norfolk Hunt Club held its annual mounted foxhunting clinic at the beautiful Steeplechase Course in Medfield. Almost 20 participants were divided into fields, and worked with their horses on the flat or over obstacles typically found in hunt country. The clinic was great preparation for the upcoming Norfolk Hunt season.

Jennifer Rogers-Farrin led the foxhunting clinic, assisted by Steve Farrin, and Sarah Monaco MFH.

Instruction included foxhunting etiquette and proper turnout for horse and rider, and exposure to the Norfolk foxhounds.

Lunch with Jennifer Rogers-Farrin, Huntsman Steve Farrin and NHC Joint Master Sarah Monaco followed the event, and the participants had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion.
